To visit the Portage Ford Service Center you do not need to have an appointment. However, we recommend making an appointment online or by phone to ensure timely service. If you receive a recall message, please call our service department to schedule your appointment.

Warning signs that your brake pads are wearing include:
- Brakes are squealing

Batteries should be replaced at least every 4-5 years.
OEM stands for “Original Equipment Manufacturer” and are parts made by the manufacturer. These parts include a warranty, while generic parts aren’t as reliable or purposefully designed for your specific car.
Motor oil should be changed at least every 7,500 miles.
